River of Life Pentecostal Church exists to glorify the Lord. At its foundation, River of Life Pentecostal Church seeks to provide a spiritual home where individuals can experience a deep, personal relationship with God and fully embrace the teachings of Jesus Christ. Central to this vision is the commitment to spread the message of the Gospel, aiming to reach all people with the transformative power of God’s love and grace.We see the Great Commission as a primary directive from God, commanding believers to go and make disciples of all nations (Mark 15:16). This commitment to sharing the message of salvation is deeply rooted in the belief that Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life.

River of Life emphasizes the importance of worship as a fundamental aspect of the believers’ journey. Through vibrant and passionate worship services, members are encouraged to engage their hearts, minds, and spirits fully, developing a profound connection with God. We encourage the Baptism in Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in other tongues. In Acts 2, Peter said, “this is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

We are a small yet powerful Church. We are seeing the results of the many spiritual seeds that have been sown in Colonial Beach, as well as the many prayers for revival!  God is up to something good in Colonial Beach and in all of our lives!  River of Life is reaching out to the community with God’s love and seeing good things happen. Many are in desperate and dire situations due to economic conditions in our country.  We are showing them that when Jesus is all you’ve got, you find out He’s all you really need!
